All new Rozkaana accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to their chosen plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.
At the end of your 7-day trial, absolutely nothing happens. We do not charge you automatically. We do not ask for card details. Your trial simply ends and Meal Plan generation pauses. To continue, visit the Billing page and subscribe.
There is nothing to “refund” during a trial because no payment is collected. The 7-day trial is not a paid period and is not subject to the money-back guarantee below.
If you subscribe and are not satisfied with your Meal Plans within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
First-time paid subscribers who request a refund within 7 calendar days of their first payment date. The refund covers the full amount charged, including GST.
Refund requests after 7 days of the first payment; renewals and subsequent billing cycles; plan upgrades or downgrades; accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations; duplicate accounts created to claim a second trial or guarantee.
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies once per person (based on email address and payment method). Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple guarantees is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in account termination.
After the first paid period, your subscription renews monthly automatically. We send a renewal reminder email 3 days before each billing date.
Renewal payments are non-refundable. If you do not want to be billed for the next cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date from the Billing page.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate or partially refund unused days in a renewal cycle.
Exception — Duplicate Billing: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full immediately upon verification.
If you need a break but plan to come back, pausing is better than cancelling:
Cancelling ends your subscription at the close of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
For urgent or complex refund queries, contact us via WhatsApp. Our support team operates Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 9 PM IST.
If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure (excluding planned maintenance with prior notice), we will issue a prorated credit for the affected days. This credit is applied to your next billing cycle, not issued as a cash refund.
If you are unable to use the Service due to a medical emergency (hospitalisation or similar) after your 7-day window, contact us with documentation. We review these cases individually and may issue a credit or extend your subscription by the affected period.
If you believe you were charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We investigate and correct all verified billing errors promptly.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. If you believe Rozkaana has engaged in an unfair trade practice or deficiency of service, you have the right to approach the appropriate consumer forum or the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) under Indian law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory Indian consumer protection legislation.
